Ord. No. 2006-66, § 9, approved Sept. 26, 2006, effective Jan. 2, 2007, repealed § 14-3 in its entirety. Formerly, said section pertained to permit to conduct entertainments at shopping centers, parking lots, similar locations as enacted by Code 1977, § 14-3006.
