§ 9. Maintenance, Availability and Certification of Records.

(a)

Index. All orders, certificates, notices, waivers, and reports made pursuant to this Code shall be maintained for at least five years.

(b)

Availability. The records referred to in subsection (a) shall be made available during business hours for examination and/or copying as required by law.

(c)

Certification. The Director shall designate an employee or employees as keepers of the records referred to in subsection (a). Such employee or employees shall be authorized to certify under seal, copies of such records for admission in evidence under O.C.G.A. 24-7-21.
