§ 8-2086. Inspection by disinterested employee; secrecy provisions; information.

No official or employee of the city making inspection of properties for the purpose of determining the necessity for repairs or corrections shall have any financial interest, directly or indirectly, in any repairs or corrections which may be required or the ownership of the property itself.
