§ 74-312. Notice of disposition.

(a)

Following the grant of an authorized encroachment, the applicant shall notify each of the following parties of the technical panel's determination under section 74-311(b) via certified mail return receipt requested within ten calendar days of receipt of notice:

(1)

All property owners notified pursuant to section 74-310(b)(1); and

(2)

The chairperson of the NPU in which the subject property is located.

(b)

The notice required by section 74-312(a) above shall state the technical panel's determination, the location where the application and related records are available for inspection, and the deadline for appeal as set out in section 74-313(a).
