§ 130-60. Permit for use.

Latest version.

Any person or business shall be allowed to dispose of solid waste at one of the disposal facilities or transfer stations operated by the city, provided the person:
(1)

Applies for a permit to dispose of solid waste at one of the disposal facilities or transfer stations;

(2)

Meets the standards established by the commissioner;

(3)

Is issued a permit; and

(4)

Pays the fee established by the city.
