§ 8-2221. Adopted by reference.

The Georgia State Gas Code, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby adopted as the code governing gas for the City of Atlanta, subject to the following amendments which in the event of conflict shall supersede and take priority over the amended section. If an amendment is in conflict with only part of a section, it shall be construed as superseding only the part of the section with which it is in conflict.
