§ 8-2161. Heating and air conditioning code adopted, incorporated by reference.
The Georgia State Heating and Air Conditioning Code a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby adopted as the code governing heating and air conditioning for the City of Atlanta, subject to the following amendments which, in the event of conflict, shall supersede and take priority over the amended section. If an amendment is in conflict with only part of a section, it shall be construed as superseding only the part of the section with which it is in conflict.
