§ 8-2141. Plumbing code adopted, incorporated by reference.

The Georgia State Plumbing Code is hereby adopted as the code governing plumbing for the city, subject to amendment, which, in the event of conflict, shall supersede and take priority over the amended section. If an amendment is in conflict with only part of a section, it shall be construed as superseding only the part of the section with which it is in conflict.
