Article C. ELECTRICITY |
§ 8-2101. Electrical code adopted, incorporated by reference.
(a)
It is hereby found that it is necessary to establish rules and regulations for the installation of electrical wiring and equipment.
(b)
It is further found that continuing research provides grounds for changes in these rules and regulations periodically.
(c)
It is in consequence of the previously stated findings that it is hereby found and declared that the Georgia State Electrical Code, attached to this article as Exhibit "A," with certain amendments and additions necessary for adaptation to the City of Atlanta, fulfills these needs and is hereby adopted as the Electrical Code of the City of Atlanta.
