§ 8-2100.2. City undertaking abatement.

In the event that the owner of any such building or structure has not taken the appropriate action as contained in the order to abate the nuisance within the time provided for in the order, the mayor, or his designee, may cause the abatement of the nuisance found to exist by the trial judge to the extent of the trial judge's order to abate.
