§ 8-2071. Building code adopted, incorporated by reference.

The Standard Building Code, 1982 Edition, with appendixes A, B, C, I, and L, a copy of which is attached hereto, is hereby adopted as the Building Code of the City of Atlanta, subject to the following amendments which in the event of conflict shall supersede and take priority over any amended or unamended section. If an amendment is in conflict with only part of a section, it shall be construed as superseding only the part of the section with which it is in conflict.
