§ 8-2004. Records.

The director, bureau of buildings is authorized to transfer to the offices and vault of the Atlanta Historical Society the following records:
(1)

Daily journals of building permit applications for calendar years 1895 through and including 1959. Legal ownership of said records shall remain in the city.
