§ 8-1005. Additional qualifications of commissioner of department of planning and development.

In addition to the general qualifications set out in Charter section 8-103(a), the commissioner of the department of planning and development shall possess public or private employment experience in at least two of the following fields at a supervisory level for a minimum of two years: commercial and building code enforcement; economic and community development; urban renewal planning; planning for land use; planning for economic and social development; comprehensive and strategic planning and/or related fields.
