§ 6-5009. Meetings; procedure for calling; location.

The committee shall meet on the call of the presiding officer, who shall issue a call
for regular meetings in writing not less than 15 calendar days prior to the date of
a meeting and for special meetings in writing not less than five calendar days prior
to the date of a meeting setting forth therein the time and place of the meeting,
the agenda for regular and special meetings, and such other matters as may be required
or appropriate.
Regular meetings shall occur no less than twice per year at the time and place specified
by the presiding officer. Special meetings may occur at the discretion of the presiding
officer at the time and place specified by the presiding officer. However, the place
of any meeting, regular or special, shall be limited to a location of adequate size
in City Hall.
