§ 16-05A.008. Minimum yard requirements.

The following minimum yard requirements shall apply to all uses approved by special permits as well as permitted uses:

(1)

Front yard: There shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than 50 feet.

(2)

Side yard: There shall be two side yards, one on each side of the main building, each having a width of not less than 10 feet.

(3)

Rear yard: There shall be a rear yard of not less than 15 feet.

(4)

Accessory structures: Accessory structures other than fences, when permitted, shall be placed to the side or rear of the main structure within the buildable area of the lot so as not to project beyond the front of the main structure. For fences, see section 16-28.008(5).

(5)

Maximum floor area ratio: The maximum floor area ratio within this district shall not exceed 0.45.

Maximum lot coverage: Maximum lot coverage within this district shall not exceed 45 percent of total lot area.
