§ 16-28.005. General requirements concerning arrangement and location of structures; landscaping.

In addition to minimum yard and building spacing requirements specified in this part, all buildings and other structures and landscaping shall be located and arranged on lots as to provide safe and convenient access for fire protection, servicing and off-street parking located on the premises.
