§ 16-18P.007. Subdivision including zero-lot-line development.

  • In addition to the requirements of section 16-28.007, zero-lot-line subdivision is permitted for residential uses provided a minimum of 1,000 square feet in lot area is provided. Other subdivisions shall be allowed but shall not modify the determination of the primary sidewalk-level building façade(s) in section 16-18P.014.
