§ 104.6. REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

(a)

The Director of the Bureau of Buildings may revoke a permit or approval, issued under the provisions of this Code, in case there have been any false statements or misrepresentation as to a material fact in the application or plans on which the permit or approval was based.

(b)

Failure at any time to comply with the requirements of the City of Atlanta Electrical Code.

(c)

Upon determination by the Director of the Bureau of Buildings that an electrical installation is unsafe and hazardous to life and safety.

(d)

Failure to follow the plans and specifications on file with the Bureau of Buildings relative to a particular permit.
