The imposition of the penalties herein prescribed shall not preclude the City of Atlanta
from instituting an appropriate civil action or proceeding to prevent an unlawful
erection, construction, demolition, re-construction, alteration, repair, conversion,
maintenance or use, or to restrain, correct or abate a violation, or to prevent the
use of any equipment, appliance or system covered by this Code.
