§ 98-181. False identification to secure admission to detention or corrections facility.
Latest version.
It shall be unlawful for any person to give false identification, either verbally or by presenting any fraudulent written instrument, to officers or employees of any detention or corrections facility for the purpose of securing admission to the facility, if such person would not otherwise qualify for admission.
