The correctional officer in charge of the work detail shall keep a book showing the
name of each inmate turned over to that officer from the municipal court, the time
for which each inmate is sentenced, when the inmate was received, when the inmate
was discharged and the number of days worked.
(b)
The chief shall make a monthly report to the chief operating officer showing the facts
required to be kept of record by subsection (a) of this section.
