§ 86-38. Violations and penalties.

Any person who smokes or any person who allows smoking violation of this article, or any person who violates any provision of this article, shall be guilty of an offense punishable pursuant to section 1-8. Each and every violation of the provisions of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
