§ 86-2. Adoption of regulations promulgated by Fulton County board of health and DeKalb County board of health.

The regulations promulgated by the Fulton County board of health are adopted by the city to apply in those portions of the city lying within Fulton County and to apply outside the city on any property owned by the city for airport purposes. The regulations promulgated by the DeKalb County board of health are adopted by the city to be applied in that section of the city lying within DeKalb County.
