§ 78-58. Cooperation with state officials.

The fire marshal for the city, together with all other city officials, department heads and employees, shall lend their cooperation to the state safety fire commissioner, state fire marshal and deputies or assistants whenever called upon by the fire marshal or such state officials in the enforcement of O.C.G.A. tit. 25, ch. 2 (O.C.G.A. § 25-2-1 et seq.) and the rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto.
