The City of Atlanta will utilize the policy, criteria and information, including technical
specifications and standards, in the Georgia Stormwater Management Manual, the applicable
sections of the Coastal Stormwater Supplement and any relevant rules, regulations,
or policies of the City of Atlanta, including Chapter 74 of the Code of Ordinances, or procedures of the department of watershed management
in effect at the time of application for the proper implementation of the requirements
of this article. The manual may be updated and expanded periodically based on improvements
in science, engineering, monitoring and local maintenance experience.
