§ 74-506. Compatibility with other regulations.

(a)

The requirements of this article are in addition to the requirements of any other ordinance, rule, regulation or other provision of law, and where any provision of this ordinance imposes restrictions different from those imposed by any other ordinance, rule, regulation or other provision of law, whichever provision is more restrictive or imposes higher protective standards for human health or the environment shall control.

(b)

During any permitted construction activity, erosion and sedimentation control best management practices as set forth in Article II of Chapter 74 shall be implemented to prevent the migration of any sediment into any perennial streams, intermittent streams, stream buffer, and waters of the state.
