§ 58-39. Overcharge.

No person engaged in the business of repairing motor vehicles shall exceed the written estimated price given to the consumer pursuant to section 58-38 by more than ten percent if the written estimated price is above $250.00 or by more than 25 percent if the written estimated price is below $250.00 unless the consumer has given written or oral consent to such excess charges.
