§ 38-30. Injuring or destroying tombs or flowers.

  • It shall be unlawful to destroy, mutilate, deface, injure or remove any tomb, monument, gravestone or other structure placed in the cemetery, or any fence, railing or other work used for the protection or ornament of any tomb, monument, gravestone or other structure, or for the ornament or protection of the cemetery, or to willfully destroy, cut, break, remove or injure any tree, shrub or plant that may have been planted or may be growing in the cemetery, or to commit any other trespass within the limits of the cemetery.
