§ 30-1360. Bond required.

All persons approved under authority of this article to operate a street patrol agency or follow the occupation of street patrol agent shall give a bond in the sum of $5,000.00, payable to the city, for the use of any person injured or damaged because of any illegal act of such agency or agent or of a person employed as street patrol agent by such licensed agent or of any employee in and about such business.
