§ 30-1358. False information.

Any material omission, untrue or misleading information contained in or left out of an original, renewal or transfer application for a permit under this division shall be cause for the denial of the permit, and if any permit has been granted under these circumstances, such shall constitute cause for the revocation of the permit.
