§ 30-1246. Registration; issuance.
(a)
Any person licensed by the state in the private detective business or private security business and any person licensed by the state who is employed by a person to do private security work on the premises and in connection with the affairs of such employer only shall be entitled to register with the city and shall be issued a private security permit or private detective permit, which shall be effective until June 30, 1981, or until the state resumes regulatory authority.
(b)
Registration information shall be submitted on forms provided by the department of police. There is a registration fee of $25.00 for any company and a fee of $5.00 for each employee.
