§ 30-956. Fees.

(a)

Each new and renewal application for a license to operate a massage establishment shall include a nonrefundable investigative fee of $100.00. A license fee of $2,000.00 shall be paid by the establishment applicant prior to issuance of an annual license.

(b)

Renewal fees shall be the same as the original license fee.

(c)

The regulatory fees in this section are in addition to all other license fees as prescribed in this chapter.
