§ 30-876. Revocation; hearing.

  • A violation of any of the provisions of this article by any person holding a license under the provisions of this article shall constitute grounds for revocation of the license issued pursuant thereto. A hearing shall be scheduled, and notice of such hearing must be sent to the holder of the license specifying the reasons for the possibility of revocation of the licenses. After the hearing, the disposition of the license shall be determined within the sole discretion of the mayor.
