§ 30-551. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this article, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Professional bondsperson means any person who shall for compensation sign any bond for the appearance of any accused person in the municipal court or any court of the city or of Fulton County or who shall procure bond for that person or who shall deposit collateral for that person in lieu of bond.
