§ 30-74. Change of address.

Latest version.

Any person required to register with the business tax division and who changes the place of operation shall notify the chief financial officer of the new address in writing on a form provided by the chief financial officer no later than the day of moving. The same business certificate will be valid at the new location if the new location conforms to the zoning regulations of the city.
