§ 30-66. Duration of registration.

(a)

The registration referred to in this article shall automatically expire on December 31 of the year of its issuance.

(b)

Renewal applications for all business required to register shall be completed on or before February 15 of each year. The failure to renew registration by the date required shall be a violation of this article, but such violation shall not prevent any business from being allowed to continue its operation.

(c)

Practitioners of professions shall not be required to comply with this section.
