For all appointments of members to the Keep Atlanta Beautiful Commission, the appropriate
appointing party shall submit, in writing, names of those individuals to be considered
for membership to the Keep Atlanta Beautiful Commission within 60 days prior to the
expiration of the term of any member. For any existing vacancies, the appropriate
appointing party shall submit, in writing, the names of those individuals to be considered
for membership to the Keep Atlanta Beautiful Commission within 30 days of the effective
date of this division.
