§ 2-1654. Office of contract compliance duties.

  • Working in conjunction with AWDA, the office of contract compliance duties are:

    (1)

    Once notified by AWDA that an employer is not compliant with this article, make determinations as to whether any of the penalties set forth in section 2-1657 for noncompliance are appropriate.

    (2)

    Notify a non-compliant employer by registered mail that the party has the right to appeal a determination of noncompliance with this article to the contract compliance hearing officer within seven days of receipt of the notice of noncompliance.

    (3)

    Notify the chief procurement officer, the head of the affected using agency and any other appropriate city officials of any determination of noncompliance with the requirements of this article and any appeal from such determination of noncompliance.
