§ 2-1271. Bond forms and copies.

(a)

Forms. The form of payment and performance bonds under this division shall be required by the chief procurement officer, in consultation with the city attorney. The chief procurement officer shall designate the bond forms to be used for a particular contract.

(b)

Copies. Any person may request and obtain from the city a copy of the bond form upon payment of the cost of reproduction and postage.
