The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section:
Architect-engineer and land surveying services
means those professional services within the scope of the practice of architecture,
professional engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture and interior design
pertaining to construction, as defined by the laws of the state.
