§ 2-1237. Duties of chief procurement officer.

For purposes of this division, the chief procurement officer shall cause to be prepared by using agencies specifications for supplies, services and construction required. The chief procurement officer shall issue, revise, maintain and monitor specifications for supplies, services and construction required by the city.
