The city declares that discrimination because of race, color, creed, religion, sex,
domestic relationship status, parental status, familial status, sexual orientation,
national origin, gender identity, age, or disability is inconsistent with the Constitution,
laws and policies of the United States, state and city, and the city establishes its
policy to prohibit discrimination by contractors who do business with the city against
any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, creed, religion,
sex, domestic relationship status, parental status, familial status, sexual orientation,
national origin, gender identity, age, or disability.
