§ 2-344. Annual report.

It shall be the duty of the chief financial officer to supervise the details of the preparation of an annual report, and the chief financial officer is empowered to employ temporary personnel skilled in such matters if so desired. The committee on finance shall annually make suitable appropriations for the preparation of such annual report.
