§ 2-343. Copy of proposed budget and supporting legislation furnished to Councilmembers prior to submission for adoption.

It shall be the duty of the chief financial officer to furnish each member of the council a complete detailed copy of the proposed annual budget and legislation designed to support the proposed annual budget at least five days before the budget is submitted to the council for adoption.
