§ 2-264. Functions and duties of the office of solid waste services.

The functions and duties of the office of solid waste services are to:
(1)

Collect and dispose of garbage and waste matter and operate facilities for such purposes; and

(2)

Clean the streets, sidewalks and public alleys.
