§ 2-230. Additional qualifications of commissioner of department of human resources.

In addition to the general qualifications in section 2-221, the commissioner of the department of human resources shall possess public or private
employment experience in at least two of the following fields at a management level
for a minimum of two years: workforce planning, affirmative action/ diversity, recruitment,
classification and compensation, employee development and training, employee and labor
relations, management, policy development, human resource information systems, or
employee assistance.
