§ 2-945. Appropriation of funds derived from land or facilities purchases.

Latest version.

Any and all funds derived from land or facilities purchased with city bond proceeds shall be appropriated in the same city appropriations account from which the land or facility was originally purchased, unless the council provides for alternate means of disposition of such funds.
