§ 2-908. Financial impact statement of new programs affecting budget.

Latest version.

An ordinance or resolution submitted to the council or a committee thereof for consideration that initiates a new program after the adoption of the annual budget shall include a statement indicating the financial impact, if any, on the present and future budgets of the city.
