§ 22-127. Duty of airline and fixed base operators for safety of premises.

It shall be the sole responsibility of the airline operators and fixed base operators at the airport to see that, on the premises under their control, all gate chains and other public safeguards are continuously and conscientiously used in a manner to protect all persons.
