§ 22-112. Tampering or interference with aircraft.

No person shall tamper or interfere with any aircraft at the airport or put in motion the engine of such aircraft or use any aircraft, aircraft parts, instruments or tools without permission of the owner or by specific instructions of the aviation general manager.
